How the audit works
The audit looks at the everyday steps that turn a paid click into a useful lead, signed case, booking, guest, or customer. It does not promise revenue, price cases, or guarantee bookings.
Six areas add up to 100 points: trust in the numbers, lead response, lead quality, ads and pages, budget review, and which clicks became wins.
The range uses monthly clicks, lead rates, win rates, average gross value, and modest improvement assumptions.
Better numbers make the report more useful. If a number is unknown, choose Not sure instead of guessing wildly.
The report starts with the fix most likely to matter first, such as cleaner lead tracking, faster follow-up, better pages, or clearer budget review.
Current wins = monthly paid clicks x each step-by-step rate.
Annual gross value = monthly wins x average gross value x 12.
Estimated opportunity = improved annual value minus current annual value.
The preview stays cautious until enough sections are answered. Rankings appear only after the report has enough information.
Use monthly counts if you know how many clicks, leads, useful leads, and wins moved through each step. Use approximate rates if percentages are easier.
The first recommendation focuses on a problem that is important, fixable, and likely to affect the next step after someone clicks.
You receive an in-browser report and a downloadable executive copy for leadership review.
Outputs are planning estimates, not guarantees, case value estimates, booking promises, profit forecasts, legal advice, or financial advice.
