Data entered
The audit asks for business operating numbers and contact information for report delivery. It must not be used for claimant, medical, guest, payment, case, or contract details.
What not to enter
Do not enter claimant names, medical information, guest records, payment details, case descriptions, confidential legal narratives, or sensitive personal notes.
Browser drafts
Incomplete drafts may be saved in this browser so you can resume the audit.
Submission
When the report is unlocked, the app may send your contact details, consent, score summary, report, and source details to CliqSpark systems used for report delivery and follow-up.
Follow-up tools
Email, analytics, and follow-up systems are used only when enabled. Analytics do not receive names, emails, phone numbers, private report links, raw financial inputs, free-text answers, or full reports.
Retention and deletion
Private report links expire after 45 days when private links are enabled. Browser drafts remain local to the device and browser used. Deletion requests can be sent through CliqSpark contact channels.
Security
Private report links are designed so the saved link cannot be guessed from the stored record.
